Currently, we are seeking an experienced IT Client Success Manager (MSP) join our team. The IT Client Success Manager (MSP) will serve as a trusted advisor to a unique set of clients. The ideal candidate should have a tier 2+ technical skill set and ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical clients.

Job Description:

  • 1+ years of MSP experience REQUIRED
  • 3+ Years of IT experience working with Microsoft Technologies (O365, windows servers)
  • Experience with ConnectWise, Continuum RMM, and IT Glue preferred
  • Manage Client Life Cycle
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients, key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their application priorities and challenges
  • Provide existing clients with relevant information on how they can optimize our software solutions to ensure client satisfaction and manage application usage by responding to inquiries via phone calls, chat, or email
  • Collect feedback and suggestions from clients and work out appropriate action plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fully optimize the client experience

Skills and Experience Desired:

  • BS or MS in IT, CS, SE, Telecom, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of IT or related experience.
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care. Strong English Communication Skills.
  • Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
